State Rider Advisor.
He/she will head a committee of NBL/INBL riders from
across the State for the purpose of gathering rider input
and relating rider concerns to the Board.
He/she will form a committee of three (3) or five (5) riders.
This committee will gather rider input relating to the riders’
concerns to the Board. The State Rider Advisor will have
one (1) vote or may proxy his/her vote to a member of
his/her committee as necessary.
