State Commissioner.
The State Commissioner shall preside over ALL State
meetings. The State Commissioner shall also have
such powers and perform other duties as may be
requested. The State Commissioner may appoint such
committee or committees as may be authorized by the
Board of Commissioners and define such duties of the
committees. The State Commissioner shall verify with
the State Treasurer and State Clerk amounts collected
at State events. The State Commissioner’s permanent
absence shall be filled by the State Vice-
Commissioner. He/she will have one (1) vote on the
Board of Commissioners only in the event of a tie.
